WASHINGTON, March 7—Under question from Sen. Sessions at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing today, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey indicated that "international permission," rather than Congressional approval, provided a 'legal basis' for military action by the United States.

Maybe he fears coming against a black man.
Didn’t Clinton try to put our troops under NATO command? I remember quite the fuss raised back then. Oh. Yeah. He was a white man. My apologies for bringing race into this travesty by our “president” but it does seem as if he has something to hold over those who should do something about his unconstitutional antics!
Please put “president” in quote marks.
Done and gladly
Yer so sweet! Thanks!
This is a bipartisan problem, it seems
It is indeed. Maybe we need to teach history or at least English. BTW, that is not aimed at you, I’d guess your courses are as good as the ones I took were back in the day.
