"....Up until this afternoon, the final vote on CISPA was supposed to be tomorrow. Then, abruptly, it was moved up today—and the House voted in favor of its passage with a vote of 248-168. But that's not even the worst part.
The vote followed the debate on amendments, several of which were passed.
This Congress, including the house, is beneath contempt.

I have begun to think in recent monts that we do not need protection from terrorists nearly as much as we need protection from our overbearing government. The government’s constitutional role is NOT proctect my person from physical harm but to protect my freedoms. If Islamic terrorists’ final goal is to destroy the constitution of the United States, they have found a very willing partner in our government.
I agree, and you state it very well.
This will hurt blogs like ours I assume….
