Sunday Funnies: Pulled Punches

I think we should leave the nice kitty alone, looks a bit grumpy to me!

Which would, of course, go well over the head of the current Speaker, but one could say, “That’s a low bar.”

Does she have a gun? You tell me.

I’m reasonably certain she doesn’t have a gun, but don’t stare into her eyes, she nearly got away with my soul.

About the the nice kitty, and your opinion…yep #MeowToo!
As for the AOC vehicle, do the brake lights work?
Emissions and gas fumes, see AOC vehicle above.
Pretty sure your soul fell for Raquel Welch.
Lastly, Ginger is cleaning up the swamp. 🙂

Pretty much, but it was Ann Margret, although I could probably made do with Raquel. 🙂

And doing an excellent job of it. 🙂

“In 2014, Welch was included while on The O’Reilly Factor describing herself as on the conservative side, attributing it to midwestern values.[81] During Vietnam, Welch showed support for the troops at United Service Organizations (USO) shows.[82]” (Wiki)
P.S. I thought the pic was Raquel due to the poster with the RW next to her. Either one is fine with me.

Are you doing a post this week on the $50 billion Jared Kushner proposes to invest in the Levant as phase 1 of the peace plan?

I hadn’t gotten that far into it. In fact hadn’t read it. Phase 1 just 0.05 % of a trillion. Sounds cheap enough huh, for peace and all? Probably if they not happy then Phase 2…real reparations. Pretty soon Jared will be talking about a real amount of our money (A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking real money – Everett M. Dirksen). 🙂
Oh well, I don’t work anymore for much taxes owed, …but was it in Greece and/or Cyprus they absconded with folks life savings from their bank accounts?

Frankly, I’d like to know who is putting what shares into the pot. I think part of it may be coming from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If the USA is paying any – shouldn’t the government be spending it on US citizens instead? I guess, it will be considered an investment, with Uncle Sam receiving interest / dividends.

It could well be KSA. If MbS can get a handle on the Wahhabis (yeah I know, but I think he really is trying) they may well turn into responsible citizens. Quite a few of our people who have worked with them, like them, although they really do need to lighten up on the religion thing. 🙂

Yeah. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence based on social media and other places that the average citizen of KSA is a fairly normal person (even friendly) outside of religion. And even in religion, the non-wahhabis are often very polite and openminded in conversations. The problem is the wahhabis and the general corruption and shame culture. Only the Gospel itself can overcome those things.

My opinion as well, but even a rational form of Islam would be a large improvement.

        • Nicholas says:

Agreed. The problem is that once you start to rationalise it, there is no real reason to be a Muslim at all. If you want to be a monotheist, but reject the crazy aspects of Islam, you have to reject Muhammad himself, because he (and any spiritual entity that influenced him) is the source. A rational person would have to move towards the Judeo-Christian tradition; a non-rational towards something like Buddhism.

There a lot of truth in that. I’d say you’re right, but then I’, the guy that says Islam is simply a very strange Christian heresy, mostly because its founder was a very strange megalomaniac.

Yeah, the pot. House said POTUS couldn’t mis-appropriate money appropriated for whatever they appropriated the money for, like i.e. Defense Department, to be used for “his” wall. And even said citizen contributions toward such a “his” wall couldn’t be used that way.
Pot. Think they smokin’ some. 🙂

Unlikely, not least because this is the first I’ve heard of it, so if some good info turns up, maybe. But I have little faith in any mid east peace plan, no matter how big the bribe.

      • Nicholas says:

Me neither: frankly, unless the countries as a whole are willing to put aside their violence and Islam, much investment is likely to be wasted. Nor do I care for any bribe that is in fact a condition for Israeli consent to dividing the land. I myself may write a piece on it in the next few days – see how I feel.
